Four people, including a 16-year-old girl, are in hospital after a serious crash northwest of Calgary on Monday night.
At just before 10 p.m., emergency crews were called to the intersection of Lochend Road and Township Road 262.
When they got there, they found two cars had crashed.
A 16-year-old girl had to be extricated from the wreckage of one vehicle, where an 18-year-old male was also rescued.
The girl was transported in serious condition, while the male was transported in stable condition.
The two occupants of the other vehicle, a 28-year-old woman and a 30-year-old man, were both taken to hospital in stable condition.
