An 18 year old man is facing several charges following an incident at Rondeau Provincial Park.
Around 6:00 p.m., Saturday, the accused who had previously been instructed by Chatham-Kent OPP officers not to enter the park, tried to do so.
As the officer attempted to arrest the man, police say he started to resist and became aggressive.
A controlled energy weapon -- otherwise known as a Taser -- was utilized by the officer.
The man was then taken into police custody.
James Gibson, 18, is charged with Trespassing, Utter Threats To Cause Death and Resist Arrest.
No injuries were reported.
